3. User Accounts

7. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• Prices are displayed in SEK unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due according to the agreed terms
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law:

• We provide the service "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Konflinx AB harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the Swedish courts, with Malmö District Court as the court of first instance.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
